  • Qualified Handling: By purchasing a Fiber Laser Source, you represent that the installation and operation will be performed by a trained professional. Redbeam Technology is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from improper handling by unqualified individuals.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • GST: All prices listed on the website are inclusive of GST at the applicable rates unless stated otherwise.
  • Price Fluctuations: Due to the nature of import/export and international currency markets, we reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Razorpay.
  • Processing Fees: Please note that additional processing fees apply for payments made via Credit Cards or International Payment Methods. These will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.

3. User Accounts

To purchase from our store, users are required to create an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Redbeam Technology reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Warranty & Technical Specifications

  • Manufacturer Warranty: The warranty for Fiber Laser Sources is provided by the Original Manufacturer. Redbeam Technology acts as a facilitator for these warranty claims.
  • Service Warranty: We provide a 2-year service warranty under specific norms. This warranty is void if the product fails due to customer negligence, improper electrical input, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Self-Installation: Customers may opt for self-installation; however, warranty claims will only be honored if the installation strictly adheres to the manufacturer's technical norms and safety protocols.
  • Binding Specs: All technical parameters and descriptions provided on our website are 100% binding.

5. Shipping, Risk, and Delivery

  • Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer only once the delivery has been signed for by the customer or their authorized representative.
  • Shipping Delays: Redbeam Technology is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, logistics partners, or customs clearance processes.
  • Shipping Charges: In the event of a return/cancellation after shipment, original shipping charges and GST on shipping are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Redbeam Technology shall only be liable for the actual cost of the product purchased.
  • We are not liable for any "consequential losses," including but not limited to loss of profit, factory downtime, labor costs, or business interruption resulting from the failure or delay of a product.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made therein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
