Refund policy

At Redbeam Technology, we specialize in high-precision industrial spares. Given the technical nature of Fiber Laser Sources, our return and refund policies are designed to ensure the integrity of the equipment and the satisfaction of our professional clientele.
1. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the product has been dispatched from our facility.
- After Shipment: Once the product has been handed over to the carrier, the order cannot be "cancelled." It will be treated as a return. In such cases, the original shipping charges and applicable GST are non-refundable.
2. 7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To maintain the industrial grade and calibration of our Fiber Laser Sources, returns are subject to the following strict conditions:
- Sealed Condition: The product must be returned with the original factory seal intact.
- No Usage: If the laser source has been connected to any machine, powered on, or integrated into a system, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.
- As New: The item must be in the exact "as-sent" condition, including all original packaging, manuals, and protective caps.
3. Refund Process & Timelines
In compliance with our payment partner Razorpay, we follow a "Source-to-Source" refund model:
- Inspection: Once the return is collected and received at our warehouse, our technical team will inspect the seal and condition within 24 to 48 hours.
- Initiation: Upon successful inspection, we will initiate your refund within 48 hours.
- Bank Processing: While we trigger the refund within 48 hours, please note that banks and Razorpay typically take 5–7 business days for the credit to reflect in your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking).
4. Shipping & Non-Refundable Costs
- Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked, insured shipping service, as Redbeam Technology is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Service Charges: Any Installation Charges or technical setup fees paid at the time of purchase are strictly non-refundable.
- Taxes: As per statutory norms, GST on shipping charges is non-refundable once the service (shipping) has been rendered.
