Thank you for choosing Redbeam Technology for your industrial spare parts and Fiber Laser Source requirements. We are committed to delivering your orders securely and efficiently.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 or 2 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if a specific laser source requires additional pre-dispatch calibration/testing, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone in such cases.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping (India): Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Timeline: While actual delivery times vary based on your location (typically 5-10 business days), Redbeam Technology is not liable for delays caused by the courier company or unforeseen logistics issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Transfer of Risk & Delivery

  • Responsibility: In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, the risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you only once the delivery has been signed for by you or your authorized representative.
  • Inspection Upon Receipt: Since Fiber Laser Sources are highly sensitive equipment, we strongly advise customers to inspect the outer packaging for any signs of tampering or damage before signing the delivery receipt. If the package appears damaged, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at +91 98984-50455.

5. Shipping Charges on Cancellations/Returns

  • Cancellations: If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, the original shipping charges and the GST paid on shipping are non-refundable.
  • Returns: The cost of return shipping for any eligible return (within the 7-day window with the seal intact) is the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Damages and Issues

Redbeam Technology is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the customer provides incorrect address details. If you received your order damaged (and you noted it with the courier at the time of delivery), please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
